CusmanoThe wine farm produces 9 variaties of wine. The target: to obtain high quality with respect to the advanced enological criteria thanks to manual targeted interventions.
50 hectares of vineyards, most of them of the Cusmano's family, distributed in four farms in the best wine areas of Piedmont . The severe thinning out of the grapes guarantees a very low quantity of fruits per stump for the most important wines and and a low quantity for the classic wines.
