The durations is approximately 2 hours and includes the preparation of 3 typical piemontese dishes with active participation of the guests. These dishes will later be offered to the participants during the lunch. The cooking class can be organized in the mornings of Monday, Wensday and Thursday.
Booking is essential at least three weeks in advance and can be requested throughout the year.
A minimum of 2 persons will be necessary with a maximum of 10. At the Al te end of the course booklets of the recipes will be given to the participants to enable them to continue in their own countries. RICETTE The cost of the course is 55.00€ per person. In the event of there being a problem for the course at La Corte an alternative venue will be arranged in a typical restaurant in the area.
